Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) (RQF)
The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) (RQF) is an Ofqual-accredited qualification for current or prospective Registered Managers of residential care services for children and young people in England, including care homes for children and young people.
Level 3 Diploma in Management (RQF)
The Level 3 Diploma in Management (RQF) is a recognised qualification for those employed or seeking employment as team leaders or managers in all industries and sectors.
This qualification is aimed at learners working as first-line managers, assistant managers, senior supervisors, and those working in a range of other management positions. It forms the knowledge and competency elements of the Advanced Management Apprenticeship and supports the delivery of the Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship standard. It can also be taken on a standalone basis.
Level 2 Certificate for the Children and Young People's Workforce (RQF)
This qualification is aimed at learners aged 16+ who have an interest in working with children and young people and are looking to work in such roles as:
• Early years worker/assistant
• Care worker/assistant
• Assistant youth support and community worker
It is recommended that all learners will have completed Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks. It forms the combined knowledge and competency element of the Intermediate Apprenticeship for the Children and Young People’s Workforce and can also be taken as a stand-alone qualification.
Level 3 Diploma in Team Leading and Supervison (RQF)
The qualification covers the knowledge and skills learners need to lead or supervise a team, including the interpersonal, leadership and management skills required to succeed in a lower management position. The qualification topics include leading people, building relationships, project management and decision making.
