A return to the gym for some of our friends who've been absent recently. The guys are putting in the work after noticing, as we all do, neglect your fitness regime and it'll come back to haunt you.
The guys had a very cardio focused session, with some particular tortuous time (from my perspective at least) on the treadmill. Makes me sweat...and shudder...and wince...and cry just thinking about it 😢
